DNF WTS Abu Dhabi

The first race of the new season is done and it wasn’t that good of a start. Days before the race I dind’t feel that good, was a little ill and try to had lots of rest. I was feeling okay on Saturday so I started off course, but while swimming I didn’t have the power to swim fast for 750 meters. So I decided to stop. It was sad, but I think it was a wise decision when I’m thinking about the next race. This one is already next Saturday in Mooloolaba. Hopefully I will be better then.
Tomorrow we will departure for a long flight to Brisbane, with a difference in time of 6 hours to conquer.
Luckily I’m adjusted to the heat already, because here in Abu Dhabi it’s quite hot!
